Is it free to register and browse?+
Yes — registration and browsing are completely free. You only pay if you win an auction.
How do I pay for an item I win?+
When you win, you'll get a payment link to settle via Paystack — mobile money or card. Funds are held in escrow until you confirm receipt of the item.
What happens if the item isn't as described?+
Open a dispute from your account within the dispute window. Our team reviews evidence and processes a refund if the claim is valid.
How does the bidding actually work?+
You enter your bid amount (must be at least the next minimum increment). If someone outbids you, you're notified instantly. Highest bid when the timer ends wins.
